She is an expert in the Creative Industries, has a vast network of contacts and sits as a specialist in Digital Technology on various innovation assessment panels.

Emmanuel Alder Market Researcher

Emmanuel graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a BSc degree in Enterprise in Product Design. With a growing experience in research methodologies, he quickly developed a deep understanding and passion for researching new and existing technologies and key market trends. His analytical approach to data evaluation enables him to understand the psychological and social aspect of what makes innovation thrive in the consumer landscape.

Neil Merry Grant Consultant

Neil is an experienced designer & innovation strategist. A graduate in product design from Brunel University and the Royal College of Art, he has worked for prestigious automotive marques Bentley and Land Rover, creating new product innovations and a range of brand-enhancing accessories. Whilst at the RCA, he developed an interest in consumer electronics and has worked at the intersection of hardware & software innovation for tech-start-ups around London and as an independent design consultant. Neil works with the ThinkInnovate team on funding development for a wide range of clients.


Jo Ann Sweeney Consultant

Jo Ann is a chartered marketer, trained journalist and corporate communications consultant, and runs training courses around the world. She is a skilled technical writer and works with us on complex international bids, Proof of Market and market development projects. Jo Ann also helps raise market profile for a project prior to launch or steps in when complex projects hit problems to work out what has gone wrong and how to win back support.
